I was recently over at the Connected Comedy Blog reading their post on ‘Why Creating An Experience if More Valuable Than Creating Content’

It got me thinking about how important it is for places that host comedy shows to pay special attention to the experience they are providing to each customer.

Customers make a judgment about their potential experience before they purchase a ticket - whether it’s by calling, looking at your website, or Facebook Page. Make it as easy as possible for people to find answers to their questions.

The worst thing you can do is to drive customers away by frustrating their attempts to find out more information!

  • Shrinks the perceived price of a ticket.
  • Customers won’t hesitate to return again.
  • Customers will pass on positive referrals to their family and friends with confidence.
